Client specifications

The client (involved in horticulture) wanted a log cabin style building to expand their commercial facilities as a training room for teachers and other group functions. Full facilities including Office, Kitchen, Disabled access and 2 toilets + a large main space for seminars and meetings. Total internal area 42 square metres.

Design Issues

• Attractive Log Cabin styling to suit site with good wheelchair user access

• Good access for visitors

• Needs to be within all regulations and adequate for purpose all seasons
